The Agents nominated above have the authority to undertake all activities and transactions under the Mining Act 1971 (SA) or any other mining associated legislation or corresponding Regulations with the South Australian Government for and on behalf of Tri-Star Minerals and Tri-Star Strata Company in relation to the resource authorities listed above. Examples of these activities and transactions include, but are not limited to:
Completing and lodging the resource authority related applications.
Responding to requests for information from any South Australian Government
department relating to the resource authority application, or if granted, the resource
authority.
Being the point of contact for application and resource authority notices, letters or other
interactions and transactions.
Completion and submission of notices, reports, returns, letters and other information or
communication required to be completed by any South Australian Government
Department
Completion and submission of transactions throughout the active life of the resource authority (if granted), including the payment of annual fees and completion of annual returns for environmental authorities.
The following permit transactions require submission of copies of the relevant documents signed
by the Directors: transfers, partial and complete surrenders, permit abandonment and relinquishment of land.

I, Simon Constable, being satisfied that circumstances exist to justify me in doing so, do hereby:
EXEMPT the tenement holder from the obligation to comply with section 30AAA(3) (submission of an expenditure return) for exploration licence 6727 due to the return period for the licence being shortened to less than 12 months as a result of my
approval to amalgamate the expenditure commitment.
This exemption is conditional upon the tenement holder Tri-Star Minerals Pty Ltd.
This exemption will expire on 01 April 2023. |

The Agents nominated in this letter have the authority to undertake all relevant activities and transactions under the Act, its regulations, and any associated resource legislation as administered by any South Australian government department for and on behalf of the Tri-Star Entities concerning the Resource Authorities listed in Appendix A. Examples of these activities and transactions include, but are not limited to:
1. completing and lodging the resource authority-related applications;
2. responding to requests for information from any South Australian government department relating to the resource authority application, or if granted, the resource authority;
3. being the point of contact for application and resource authority notices, letters, or other interactions and transactions;
4. completion and submission of any statutory notices, annual reports, returns, letters, and other information or communication required by any South Australian government department; and
5. completion and submission of transactions throughout the active life of the resource authority (if granted), including the payment of annual fees and completion of annual returns for environmental authorities. |
