Notes

The Direction principally required Murray Zircon to: * Provide a written plan for the immediate soil stabilisation for the active rehabilitation area and the disturbed area West of Jacka Road. * Provide the current working and approved copy of Murray Zircon's current Dust Management Plan and trigger-action-response plan (TARP). * Undertake a review of the current Dust Management Plan and TARP and determine if the measures documented are adequate and what amendments should be made to ensure dust impact events are minimised and managed. * Provide copies of Murray Zircon's current Dust Monitoring Plan and the most recent results for the last two calendar months presented graphically in a daily time scale format for PM10 / PM2.5, and a report for the results of dust deposition since operations commenced. * Further to the commitments set out in clause 4.5.1 of the PEPR, provide an overview of the planned landowner meetings with Murray Zircon personnel; and who the independent facilitator will be to chair those meetings; frequency; and how the discussions and actions will be documented and shared with all parties. Include an overview of other communication processes with the landowner, and how those discussions and actions are agreed and documented. The Compliance Direction is now deemed to have been satisfied following correspondence from Murray Zircon and a site inspection undertaken by a DEM Authorised Officer on 24 September 2024. In respect of the above matter, no further action is required.
