Notes
*
The tenement holder is directed to: (a) Engage a suitably competent, qualified, and licensed surveyor to undertake a boundary identification survey to identify the location of the boundary of the registered mineral tenement (ML 6102) and obtain an identification certificate signed by the licensed surveyor. (b) Use the same surveyor engaged under (a) to measure how far outside the identified boundary mining has occurred and provide a report on the estimated disturbance outside that boundary. (c) Once the boundary has been properly identified in accordance with the registered mineral lease details, you must properly re-peg (or otherwise clearly identify by way of other markings) your mining lease boundary within 7 days of receipt of the survey documentation. (d) Provide a copy of the certificate, report and any other documentation provided by the licensed surveyor, and photographs of the re-pegged boundary by 30 June 2024.
