Authorisation is given pursuant to Section 56Q (5) of the Mining Act 1971 (the Act) to the holder of Extractive Minerals Leases 6074, 6179 and 6180 (the tenements) as set out in this authorisation.

Approve a change to mining operations for the tenements so as they are now authorised to undertake mining operations that are consistent with the mining operations described in the Change in Operations Application document (Issue 2), dated March 2022.

In accordance with Section 70C(2)(a) of the Act, the Program for Environment Protection and Rehabilitation (PEPR) for the tenements must be reviewed as the change in operations are inconsistent with the PEPR in force at the time of this approval.
