I, Simon Constable, being satisfied that circumstances exist to justify me in doing so, do hereby exempt: 
The holder of Extractive Mineral Lease (EML) 6342 from complying with Section 56X(2)(b), and specifically Regulation 52(a)(i) and (ii) in relation to an Application for the Surrender of EML 6342. This exempts the requirement to demonstrate completion of the objectives under approved program 2009/002 in relation to rehabilitation and mine closure; and the requirement to provide evidence that all rehabilitation required to be undertaken has been completed or is in place.
