Manage Access - Third Party Representatives

Instructions to invite and manage Third Party Representatives


A Third Party representative can be any one of:
  • Agent (external Tenement Manager)
  • Operator
  • Other (includes Consultants and other supporting parties)
  • Legal representative

 A Third Party Representative can (once given permission) perform the following on behalf of the holder:

  • View a holder's dashboard
  • Create/view/submit lodgements (including applications, reports, returns)
  • Respond to requests for information

Steps to Invite a Third Party Representative and access to Tenements

1. Select “Invite Third Party Representative”

2. In the pop up window add in the following details

       a. Select the Third Party from DEM registered list
       b. Select Representative Type from the drop down option
       c. Select Submit
                           

3. Upon submission third party representative will receive an email called ‘Account Access Notice’ 

4. Third Party Representative will be listed in your Dashboard


                  

 

NOTE: By adding an third-party representative, you confirm that you have entered into an Agreement to appoint that third-party representative, and the Agreement is Registered on the Mining Register. To avoid applications being invalid, and to find out more, follow the links provided above.

 

1. Control access permissions for Third Party Representative can be provided by selecting "Update Permissions" from the drop down action menu.


                    

2. Select “add tenements” to provide access to the Third Party


                   

3. Using look up record search for your tenement and submit to provide third-party representative permissions. 

                     

 


Removing access to a Tenement from a Third-Party Representative

1. To remove permission to a tenements from a third party, navigate to ‘Third Party Tenement Access’ screen

2. Select the drop down icon and click on "Remove" 


 

3.Tenement will be removed from Third Party Representative





NOTE: By removing the tenement from third party representative, all the tenement related activities are restricted to third party (ex: applications, RFI’s). However, Tenement Holder will still have the access to those applications.
            
Removing a Third-Party Representative from your company

1. Navigate to manage access page

2. Select the drop down icon and click on "Remove" on particular third party you want to remove



 

2. Third Party Representative will be removed from Tenement Holder / Company





NOTE:

By removing the Third Party Representative:

  • All the activities will be removed from third party dashboard including tenement and non-tenement lodgements and RFI’s. That means Third Party Representative will not have any access to the Tenement Holder information
  • You confirm that the cessation of the Agency/Operator agreement is registered on the Mining Register.
