Manage Access - Employees

Instructions to invite and manage Employees

Employee Can be assigned the following two roles 
              - Employee: User is able to view dashboard, create lodgements, view applications commenced in MERS Portal, view invoices.
              - Admin: Higher privilege to manage access for employees, Third Party Representatives, & Nominated Contacts.

 

1. To invite an employee click “Invite New Employee”

2. In the pop up window add in the following details and select Submit

          - First Name
          - Last Name
          - E-mail
          - Type
 

              
 

3. Upon submission, employee should receive an email with instructions on how to create a login account.

4. In the instance the employee does not get an invitation. Please check your junk folder or resend the invitation using the drop down action menu next to the name.

5. The employee invite will have relevant links required for them to register in Portal for your company
