Multi-Factor Authentication

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is a security method that requires users to provide two or more types of verification to access MERS Portal.

MERS Portal caters for two MFA methods

1. SMS verification through your mobile phone number

2. Security code using popular Authenticator apps (including, but not limited to Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator)

in the instance you need to update your mobile phone number or authenticator app please lodge a support ticket. A DEM officer will be in touch with you to assist.
