Reset Password

1. Select Sign In on the top right corner of the MERS Portal 

2. To reset your password please select Forgot Password

3. Enter your Email, then click Continue.

4. Check your email to confirm that you submitted the request to change password. 

• Check your spam folder and check for email from demoktapreprod.noreply@id.sa.gov.au
• Select and confirm password change 

5. Update your new password. Your password needs to meet the following criteria 

• At least 14 characters
• At least 3 of the following:
• Lower case letters (a-z)
• Upper case letters (A-Z)
• Numbers (0-9)
• Special characters (e.g. !@#$%^&*)
• No more than 2 identical characters in a row

6. On selecting "Reset Password" you will be taken back to MERS Portal and you can recommence logging in.
