Create a MERS Portal account

Step-by-step Registration Instructions:

  1. Click the following link to begin your registration:

  1. Enter your Email and choose a Password, then click Continue.
  2. Verify your account:
    • Check your email inbox for a verification email.
    • Click the Verify Your Account button within the email.
    • Follow the prompts provided to finish the verification.
  3. Secure your account: When logging back into the portal, MERS will require you to set up account security. Choose one of the two authentication methods:
    • QR code: Requires installation of an additional mobile authenticator app.
  4. Try another method (recommended): Use your mobile phone number to receive a one-time code via SMS each time you sign in. (Important: When entering your mobile number, remove the leading ‘0’.)

  1. Review the Terms and Conditions
    • Select I agree to these terms and conditions and click Continue.
  2. Complete your profile:
    • Click your Profile Name at the top right-hand corner of the MERS homepage

    • Select Profile from the dropdown menu.
  2. Fill in all required fields on the profile page.
  3. Click Save to complete the account registration.
